Our Service uses artificial intelligence to process and analyze SEC filings and generate insights. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your usage data may be used to improve our AI models and Service quality
  • AI processing is performed on publicly available SEC data, not on your personal information
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to train and improve our AI systems
  • Individual AI-generated insights are not shared between users or accounts

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors who provide services on our behalf (hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support)
  • CRM Integrations: With CRM platforms you have connected, to the extent necessary to provide the integration
  • Team Members: With other users in your organization if you are on a team plan, for shared features like watchlists

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject cookies, but this may affect your ability to use the Service.

8.4 Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals as there is no industry standard for this feature.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including SEC EDGAR and CRM platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
