Notifications
Stay on top of signals with configurable email alerts and messaging integrations.
Notification types
NexRadar offers three notification types, each configurable from Settings → Notifications. Every type can be delivered via email, Slack DM, or a Slack channel.
Daily Digest
A morning briefing with watchlist activity and signals you may have missed, sent on weekdays. You can set the delivery time and timezone from settings. Optionally include a top signals summary or watchlist activity breakdown.
Weekly Summary
A comprehensive weekly review including your top 10 signals, signal volume trends, activity stats, CRM outcomes, and sector trends. You can choose the day of the week and time for delivery.
Real-time Alerts (Watchlist Activity)
Triggered immediately when signals arrive for your watchlisted companies. You can scope alerts to all watchlists or selected ones only, and filter by quality level: all signals, high-intent only, or highest-intent only.
In-app notifications
The bell icon in the sidebar shows your recent in-app notifications. The unread count badge clears when you view your notifications. Notifications include new signals from watchlisted companies, team invitations, and system announcements.
Slack
Connect Slack to receive signal alerts in your preferred workspace. Set this up from Settings → Integrations.
You can choose between DM delivery or posting to a specific channel. Each notification type (daily digest, weekly summary, real-time alerts) can be independently routed to email, Slack DM, or a Slack channel.
Quiet hours
You can pause all notifications during specific time ranges using the quiet hours setting. Optionally exclude weekends from notifications, or allow integration alerts to bypass quiet hours so you never miss a CRM-related update.
Managing preferences
You can update your notification preferences at any time from Settings → Notifications. Changes take effect immediately. Note that transactional emails (like team invitations and billing confirmations) cannot be disabled.
