Features
Watchlists
Track specific companies and get notified when they file with the SEC.
Creating a watchlist
Watchlists let you group companies you want to monitor. You might create watchlists for your territory, a specific industry vertical, or your top accounts.
- Go to Watchlists in the sidebar
- Click New Watchlist
- Give your watchlist a descriptive name
- Start adding companies
Adding companies
Open a watchlist and use the search bar to find companies by name or ticker symbol. Click the + button next to a search result to add it to the watchlist.
Limit: Each watchlist can contain up to 20 companies. You can create multiple watchlists to track more companies.
Signal counts
Each watchlist card shows the number of SEC filings published by your tracked companies in the last 7 days. This gives you a quick sense of which watchlists have active signals.
Click into a watchlist to see the full list of recent signals from those companies, with summaries and talking points for each filing.
Managing companies
To remove a company from a watchlist, open the watchlist and click the remove button next to the company. The company's past signals will no longer appear in the watchlist view, but will still be available on the main Signals page.
