Signals & Filings
NexRadar monitors SEC filings in real time and uses intelligent analysis to surface buying signals relevant to sales teams.
Filing types we track
We process the SEC filing types most relevant to sales intelligence:
8-K (Current Reports)
Material events like executive changes, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and significant contracts. These are often the most actionable for sales.
10-K (Annual Reports)
Comprehensive yearly overview including financial performance, risk factors, and strategic direction.
10-Q (Quarterly Reports)
Quarterly financial updates with management discussion and analysis of recent performance.
S-1 (IPO Filings)
Registration statements for initial public offerings, revealing company details, financials, and growth plans.
Form D (Private Placements)
Notices of private fundraising rounds, indicating companies with fresh capital to spend on new tools and services.
Automated analysis
When a filing is published, our analysis engine processes it to extract and generate:
- What happened & why it matters: Plain-language explanation of the event and its business impact
- Signal categories: Classification of events (executive change, funding, M&A, restructuring, partnership, earnings, IPO filing, and more)
- Scores: Materiality (significance), Opportunity (sales relevance), and Confidence (analysis certainty)
- Recommendation: Priority, Engage, Monitor, or Skip, with urgency level
- Opportunity assessment: Why this event creates a potential buying opportunity
- Recommended outreach: Talking points, target personas, and optimal timing for follow-up
- Entities: People (with roles and transitions), counterparties, financial amounts, and technology mentions extracted from the filing
- Follow-ups & flags: Suggested follow-up triggers with dates, yellow flags to watch, and potential disqualifiers
